Q: HOW DO I INSTALL THE SOFTWARE?

When you extract the zip file downloaded, you should see an exe setup file and other files like a manual. Click on the .exe setup file to install the program on to your windows OS.

Q: DOES YOUR ECOVER DESIGNER SUPPORT WINDOWS 7?

Its tested and fully working on Windows 7 Operating system and should obviously work on any windows os.

Q: CAN I INSTALL IT ON MULTIPLE COMPUTERS?

Yes you can install on multiple PCs. This is one of the reasons we do not offer refund once purchase.

Q: I AM A TOTAL BEGINNER, CAN I MAKE ECOVERS?

This software is mainly meant for beginners for ease of use. If you are a photoshop expert you can visit here for advanced photoshop actions / plugins.

Q: DO I HAVE TO DESIGN IMAGES BEFORE I FEED INTO THE SOFTWARE?

Yes the software is a eCover generator. You have to make front, side , top images and feed into the software. Its really easy, beginners can even use powerpoint to make images and then feed into the software. If you know a bit of photoshop knowledge, then its still better. However you can use any image editor to create images.

Q: DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

You can install on multiple PCs. Due to this and the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refund once purchase unless our software is defective.
